Squashed up against the train tracks lie 4-blocks of narrow, red lantern-lit alleyways known as Shomben Yokocho. The name translates as "piss alley". As you can see in this photo, it consists mainly of small yakitori restaurants and cramped bars. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. To help support the Literature community we hold regular contests. It is an opportunity for you to get involved and gain some exposure. Contest winners will be featured in a news article and a journal entry--as well as other fabulous prizes.
